Depart London for Cochin with Sri Lankan Airlines, via Colombo. |

Arrive Cochin. You will be met on arrival and transferred to Alleppey. |

You will have a consultation with the Ayurvedic doctor, who will prescribe a course of natural remedies and diet to help rejuvenate mind and body. |

| Day 08 |
You will be met at the hotel and transferred to meet your houseboat and her crew, who will transfer you into the backwaters of Kerala. |

| Day 09 |
The houseboat will drop you at the jetty in Quilon, where you will be met and transferred by road to Kovalam. |

| Day 10 - 13 |
Opportunity to continue your Ayurvedic treatments. |

You will be met at the hotel and transferred to the airport in Trivandrum in time to check in for your flight back to London, via Colombo, with Sri Lankan Airlines. |
