DIVING

Being surrounded by a large empty lagoon, water sports are more of an activity here than snorkelling and diving. However, the resort still offers PADI diving in the surrounding dive site sites that are yet to be untouched.

The Beach Bungalows living and dining pavilion opens onto their private beachfront garden and sleeping pavilion. The bathroom comes equipped with a bath, indoor shower and Maldivian shower. The bungalow is also furnished with an outdoor deck, plunge pool, sun bed and gazebo.

The Beach Villas possess a sleeping pavilion, indoor living area, dressing area and luxury bathroom, including an outdoor shower. The villa is complimented by a lap pool, outdoor living/dining pavilion, traditional Maldivian swing, poolside day beds, beach access and a mezzanine-level loft with ocean view.

The Royal Beach Villa consists of two bedrooms with indoor and outdoor bathrooms, a living and dining pavilion with kitchenette and butler’s room. These aspects serve well to compliment the lap pool which extends along the beach, the open dining area over the water, the beach side Bale, the private massage area and spacious sun deck.

The Water Villa offers sunrise and sunset views, a bedroom, lounge, dressing area and bathroom with outdoor shower. The outdoor deck also provides a dining area, sea level shower and a loft over looking the glorious ocean.

The Water Villa with a pool offers the same facilities as the Water Villa with the addition of a pool.

Like the Water Villas, the Two Bedroom Water Villa offers the sunrise and sunset views, outdoor showers and loft. However, these villas contain two bedrooms, a sundeck, featuring a plunge pool and steps leading to the sea.

The Koimala Land and Ocean Villa is built over land and sea. The two bedroom villa is built on land with its very own private beach, alfresco dining and living area and guest room. The pavilion is linked to a wooden walkway leading past the plunge pool and towards the ensuite sleeping pavilion over the ocean. Outside is the sun deck and gazebo with steps leading to the feature shower and the ocean. 

FOOD & DRINK

The resort offers a number of restaurants including Cafe Landaa, Al Barakat, Blu, Five Degrees North, BBQ Giraavaru and Sandbank or beach dining.
