Depart London for Cochin, via Dubai, with Emirates. |

| Day 02 |
Morning: Arrive Cochin. You will be met on arrival and transferred to your hotel in the old quarter of the city.

| Day 03 |
Your guide will meet you at the hotel and escort you on a sightseeing tour of Fort Kochi. |

| Day 04 |
You will be transferred to the airport in time to check in for the afternoon flight up to Calicut.
On arrival in Calicut, you will be met and transferred up into the Western Ghats, to the hill station of Sultan’s Battery.

| Day 06 |
You will be transferred by road to the coastal town of Tellicherry. |

|
| Day 07 - 08 |
Your hostess, Faisal, will escort you to the markets where you will buy fresh produce for your cookery course. |

| Day 09 |
You will be transferred to the airport in Calicut in time to check in for your flight to Cochin.
On arrival in Cochin, you will be met and transferred by road to Munnar.

| Day 11 |
You will be transferred back down from the hills, to the small village of Kotamangalam. |

| Day 14 |
You will be met and transferred back to the airport in time to check in for your flight back to London, via Dubai, with Emirates. |
