| Day 01 |
Depart London for Trivandrum, via Colombo, with Sri Lankan Airlines. |

| Day 02 |
Arrive Trivandrum. You will be met on arrival and transferred to your hotel near Kovalam. |

| Day 06 |
You will be transferred to the jetty at Alumkadav, in the heart of the backwaters, where you will meet your houseboat and her crew of three. |

| Day 07 |
You will be met at the jetty and transferred by road up into the Western Ghats, to Thekkady. This is a very scenic drive, as the mountains are dramatic, the road windy and the waterfalls spectacular. |

| Day 08 |
An early morning start as you will be taken into Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. This is a full day programme which includes both trekking in the forest and bamboo rafting on the lake. Lunch will be provided. |

| Day 09 |
You will be met and transferred higher into the Western Ghats, to the hill station of Munnar. |

| Day 10 |
Free to explore Munnar, accompanied by your guide. |

You will be transferred by road to Kotamangalam. |

| Day 13 |
You will be transferred to the airport in Cochin, in time to check in for your flight to Calicut. Here you will be met and transferred up into the Nilgiri Mountains, to the hill station of Sultan’s Battery. |

| Day 16 |
You will be transferred back to the airport in time to check in for your flight back to London, via Colombo, with Sri Lankan Airlines. |
