ONE & ONLY - KANUHURA

This private, deserted island is embraced by a crystal clear lagoon and stands close to some of the best diving spots in the Maldives. Only 1km long and 200 metres wide, the island takes a mere 30 minutes to stroll around but still offers a large range of activities. DIVING

The island is within one hour of over 40 spectacular dives, including two ship wrecks and some of the most fabulous sites in the world. The resort is partnered with Sun Dive Centre and offer great facilities from award winning instructors. The location of the island is set away from any other resorts, allowing for undisturbed dive sites and an incredible experience.

The Beach Villas possess their own private beach, a large open air bathroom and wooden decking. They are very stylish.

The Water Villas, set over the lagoon, offer a large deck leading to the lagoon and an open air bathroom.

The Beach Villa Duplex is again stylish and spacious and joins two villas. It is ideal for a family.

The Grand Water Villas have a large sun deck, separate living room and a bathroom over the lagoon.

The Grand Beach Villas feature a whirlpool bath and an out door shower. There are two bedrooms, a living room and a private veranda.

FOOD & DRINK

The main restaurant in the resort is Thin Rah which serves International buffets for breakfast and dinner, with a themed evening meal. Other restaurants include the Olive Tree, Veli Cafe and Jehunuhura Island, offering a la carte, seafood and al fresco options respectively. Jehunuhura Island is set away on a private island, along with Coves for a romantic option of dining. It is posible to spent the night on this island.

Handhuvaru serves drinks by the poolside throughout the day, where as Nashaa Club is the first nightclub in the Maldives and is set on the far side of the island.
