Raj Palace, Jaipur

This is a five-storied haveli, or town house, with a central open courtyard. Built in glorious accordance with period architecture, the variety of arches number amongst its notable features. The entrance hall houses an elaborate bar which provides an excellent view of the lawns, while the Durbar Hall is adorned with original hand-paintings, frescoes and gold leaf work. Each room is individual with the décor retaining the ambience of times gone by.
