| Day 01 |
Depart London for Colombo with Sri Lankan Airlines. |

| Day 02 |
Arrive Colombo. You will be met on arrival and transferred into the interior of the island. This is an interesting journey, travelling thorough rural areas and small villages. Each one specialises in a different local industry, such as cashew nuts, pineapples and reed weaving. |

| Day 09 |
You will be met at Ulpotha and transferred into the central wet zone of the island, to Kandy. On the way, you will have the chance to visit spice gardens growing a variety of spices, such as cinnamon, pepper and nutmeg. These are the places to invest in top quality Ayurvedic remedies and oils, although they do not come cheap. It was for these spices that Sri Lanka was initially colonised by the Portuguese, Dutch and British. |

| Day 10 - 14 |
You will spend these days having ayurvedic treatments as part of a personalised 5 day treatment plan in the in-house Ayurvedic spa. You will also have a chance to see some of the sights of Kandy. |

You will be met at the hotel and transferred back to the airport in time to check in for your flight back to London with Sri Lankan Airlines. |

Transfers as per itinerary in a private, air-conditioned car, with the services of an English speaking chauffeur guide, except during the stay at Ulpotha.
Hotel Accommodation on Full board basis at Ulpotha and on Half board basis at Amaya Hills.
Entrance to the Temple of the Tooth, Peradeniya Botanical Gardens, the Tea Museum and Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage.
A Cultural Show in Kandy.
