The Maldives is world renowned for it amazing dives sites and incredible house reefs. Soneva Gili has its own house reef and is surrounded by one of the Maldives' largest lagoons, for those who just wish to do a spot of snorkelling. However, the resort has also teamed up with Ocean Paradise (Dive Centre) to allow you to experience the thrilling reefs and astonishing sea life.

The diving school is fully equipped with the latest high tech diving equiptment and the instructors will train you to be PADI certified in under a week.

All the rooms are extremely spacious and offer everything you would expect from a 5 Star resort. Each room is at least 20 metres from the next (with Crusoe Residence 30m), to allow the utmost of privacy and all are equipped with aroof top sundeck, over water deck, open air bathrooms/showers, TV's and DVD players.

The Soneva Gili Residences has a larger outdoor sitting area than the Villa Suites and the Crusoe Residences stand alone in the lagoon with its own private rowing boat.   

FOOD & DRINK

You have the option of eating at the Gourmet Restaurant, which consists of seven tasting courses paired with a different wine with each course, The Restaurant, which serves breakfast and dinners, Private Villa Dinning, allowing you to order your meal or BBQ to your villa to dine alone, Boat Dining, to cruise in the lagoon under the stars or Over Water Bar & Lounge, set on stilts over the lagoon, which serves an al carte dinner.

There is also the oportunity to visit the Organic Garden to choose your vegetables, be pampered with Pool Service during the day and partake in a Desert Island Picnic or Sand Bank Dinner to a menu of your own choice.
